Privacy
No images or personal details collected at the ACYMC will be sold or distributed to any commercial enterprise. In regards to the use and/or distribution of personally identifying images and contact details please select Yes or No to confirm your acceptance of the following:

Photography I give permission for identifying photos, video and audio containing myself to be used in press releases, promotional material, websites and resources for the ACYMC and future youth ministry material produced by the Bishops Commission for Pastoral Life. I understand that photos will be used appropriately and my name may accompany these photos.

Contact Details I give permission for my contact details including but not limited to, name, organisation, postal address, website, to be shared with other participants through a printed participant contact list.

I give permission for my attendance at ACYMC to be passed onto the Diocesan Youth Ministry Coordinator of the Diocese in which I live/work.

NOTICE ON TAX INVOICES
The Australian Catholic Bishops Conference, Australian Business Number 60 597 896 756, a Charitable Institution, is endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office to access the Goods and Services Tax Concession. The Convention is a non-commercial activity in accordance with the provisions of the Concession and accordingly the registration fee is GST-free.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the event.
We regret that cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible for refund less a $35 administration fee.
